It seems to be the thing to do, writing down the things you've done during our lock-down process. I have played 18 games of chess (and won 11 of them), read 6 books, preformed four first year room "inspections", attended two parties and been completely caught up on a series of wireless dramas (thank you, ladies. It's been entirely enlightening to find out that the affair between Tommy and Jade was actually a ploy by Jade to get pregnant with his halfblood child and pass it off as a pureblood's, to make her husband happy.) - Ah. How exciting.

[Warded to Francesca]
You can play coy all you want, but I know it was you. Honestly, Francesca?

[Warded to Dominic]
I can't help but notice that Noah and Lucy were once again absent from the festivities last night.

[Warded to Noah]
You're playing with fire.

[Warded to Pansy, Blaise and Dominic (added later)]
I hate to bring such a trivial problem to your attention, but I can think of no one better to go to for advice.

I've become increasingly worried about Mr Bole's behaviour, as of late. With so many of our most trusted members of the Purist Community going... ah, defecting in a rather distasteful manner, I worry for those we have left.

Ms Bragge can be excused, of course, because ladies shouldn't have to endure watching such methods of torture on a regular basis, but I fear there's no real excuse for Mr Bole and his complete lack of interest in our methods. He has been increasingly withdrawn, and two nights ago his methods of torture were completely lacking. I know that this is not at the fault of the Carrows, because their lesson plans have been exemplary. He has always been closest with Mr Selwyn, and now knowing his true loyalties... Well, to be frank, I'm worried. I would hate to have yet another member of our house sit on a fence or even jump to the other side. Would you have any suggestions for dealing with this matter? Helping him see the error of his chosen path before it's too late?

[Warded to Astoria]
You have been avenged, my dear. Are you feeling better?

[Warded to Anna]
Do you feel better now, getting it out of your system? I doubt they'll be walking out of there pain free.

[Warded to Dominic]
What did you think of Noah and Lucy's little show last night? Were you convinced?

[Warded to Francesca]
Are you feeling better now?

Apr. 13th, 2011

Ridiculous. If you people are willing to stand up for a filthy muggle, the Wizarding World would be a better place without any of you.

You should be glad you're given the opportunity to practice on someone that doesn't matter, since you seemed so adverse to casting on your friends, but I suppose it's impossible to make a team of revolutionists happy. Always something to protest, never satisfied with how things are.

Enjoy your bruises and broken bones.

I wish everyone in the hospital wing a speedy recovery.

[Warded Private]
Bloody- Hurts like-

[Warded to Slytherin]
I want his head on a platter. I hope after I was taken to the Hospital Wing that he was well taken care of.

And for all that is good, can someone please shut Holy up. That girl gives me a bloody headache.
[End Wards]

I thought that Loony was suppose to be dead. Why is she writing ridiculous quotes in her journal?

O'Hare, you're a danger to society - you should be locked away like Largebottom's parents with your own little padded cell.

[Warded to Xander]
Congratulations.

[Warded to Theodore]
If you had a moment to talk, I would greatly appreciate a few words of wisdom.

[Warded to Astoria]
It's come to my attention that the weather is quite nice outside. Would you like to take a walk with me?

Sometimes living in Slytherin is a nightmare. I confess to wooing Francesca, go through a great deal of trouble... only to be rewarded with my cousin (my other cousin) wooing her behind my back. Perhaps my time would be better spent with Astoria. Though I did have my heart set on Francesca, she never even looked my way until this past year

[Warded to Blythe, Abigail, Lucy, Courtney and Anna Scarpin]
Ladies, I have a confession for you, and I could use a bit of help.

I have extremely strong feelings for one Francesca Jugson. We've become quite close recently, and I'll admit I think that she may be interested in another bloke. I don't know if I could stand it to see her with someone else.

Do you think I could ask you lovely women for a bit of advice and help? Things she may like? Ideas to help win her over?

Feb. 11th, 2011

Well, even if Professor Snape doesn't enjoy it, I always think a meal digests a little better with a spot of entertainment.

Good show, little Ravenclaws.

Jan. 19th, 2011

Some people will never learn.

Honestly, Proudfoot. What is it going to take to get you and your sister to smarten up? Death?

Jan. 16th, 2011

[Warded Private]
That was far more satisfying than I expected it to be. Hm.

[Warded to Slytherin Student Authority]
I highly doubt he learned his lesson, though one can hope. Those Hufflepuffs never seem to learn from their detentions, do they? I've no doubt that we'll likely be sending that annoying sister of his to the dungeons for yelling about it sometime today.
[End Wards]

I hope everyone with detentions this week actually learned their lessons. I'm enjoying how much quieter it is in the Great Hall this morning, for one.

[Warded to Callum]
My apologies for not replying earlier. I forgot Things became very hectic around here with returning to school and Daphne's party.

I'm still willing to listen to your side of the story, but you should know that I will never approve of cavorting with another man's fiancée, especially in our society. What you did was a gross insult to Crabbe, even if he's not the most... desirable of husbands.

Still, being labeled a blood-traitor is a large accusation, and if Francesca is using this for her own gain... Well, I'd just like to hear things from all ends before making complete judgements.

Is there anything I should know about rounds with Ms Patil?
[End Wards]

Not under the best of circumstances, but a welcome surprise none the less. Thank you for the well wishes, everyone.

Jan. 7th, 2011

[Warded Private]
Well. I can't say I'm going to scream from the rooftops like our lovely Brielle, but I am rather shocked. I'm not quite so eager to jump on the train to punish him or teach him a lesson, but I think I would like to hear more from him on the subject at hand.

Things can get lost in the translation, and I will hold out hope that perhaps it's been blown out of proportion, even if I don't believe Francesca would lie about something like this. She isn't the sort.

[Warded to Callum]
I believe I at least owe it to you to listen to your side of the story, if you wish?

[Warded to Francesca]
I know you were close with Audra. How are you dealing with all of this, love? Do you need anything?
[End Wards]

What an interesting year this is turning out to be.

Dec. 31st, 2010

[Warded to Blythe]
I haven't heard from you since the train, is everything well on your end?
[End Wards]

I hope everyone rings in the new year on a good note.

Dec. 28th, 2010

[Warded to Known Purists (Known to Hermes, even if faking)]
Is all well on our end?

Dec. 15th, 2010

[Warded to Slytherin]
Perhaps Mr. Hopkins should have thought twice before rebelling against proper authority and being in cahoot with Undesirables. Committing treason is a serious offense and I'm sure he'll receive the punishment he deserves.

[Warded to Roommates]
Did anyone else see that bloody bird in the Transfiguration corridor today? The thing damn near pecked my face off. Do you think McGonagall would punish me if I practiced a few unlikely curses on it?

Dec. 7th, 2010

[Warded Private]
Mistletoe, really? Yeah. That’s just my bloody luck. Callum and Blaise going around snogging girls all romantic-like making the rest of us look bad. Or just me, anyway.

Bugger.

Not that it’s bloody appropriate anyway. But it’d be nice

Then, Hitwizards in our commons. Everyone has to blow everything out of proportion like they always do. Between that and Goyle getting the shite kicked out of him- Well, I don't like to see one of our own injured, but he's made enough enemies over the years.
[End Ward]

[Warded to Roommates]
You’ve just got to make a bloke look bad, don’t you?

What do we think about the Goyle incident?
[End Ward]

Some people have no sense of propriety these days. Whatever happened to a duel between honourable men?
